01What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Trip details: pickup, drop-off, time and flight number.
• Notes you leave for your chauffeur.
• Payment status. We never see or store your full card number or M-Pesa PIN.

02Why we use it

• To plan and run your ride.
• So your chauffeur can check your arrival time.
• To send your confirmation and receipt.
• To answer your questions.

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

03Who sees it

• Your chauffeur sees your name, number, flight, pickup, drop-off and notes.
• Payment providers handle card and M-Pesa payments.
• Services that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, and a spam check on our forms), Google (address search) and Resend (our emails).

We never sell your details.

04How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. WhatsApp and email messages are deleted after 12 months.

05Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Email us and we'll reply within 7 days.

06Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work, like remembering your trip while you book. No ad tracking.
