01Booking
You can book on our website or by email. Your booking is confirmed when you get a booking reference, like NC-26-4817.
The person who books must be 18 or over. If you book for someone else, make sure their name and number are right.
02Prices
You see the full price before you confirm. It includes fuel, parking, road tolls and airport fees.
The price you confirm is the price you pay, unless you change the trip or go over your included km.
03Paying
- Card or M-Pesa when you book.
- Cash to your chauffeur at drop-off, in US$ or KES.
KES amounts use the exchange rate shown when you book.
04Waiting time
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes free from the time your flight lands.
- Other pickups: 15 minutes free from the booked time.
- After that, waiting costs US$12 for each 15 minutes.
05Changes and cancellations
- Free changes and cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Within 24 hours of pickup, cancelling costs 50% of the fare.
- If we can't reach you and you don't show up, the full fare is due.
Card refunds take 5–7 working days. M-Pesa refunds take up to 24 hours.
06Passengers and luggage
One car takes up to 3 passengers and 4 bags, with up to 3 checked bags. Everyone wears a seat belt. No smoking in the car.
07If something goes wrong
If we can't do your ride because of a problem on our side, we'll send another car or refund you in full.
We plan pickups with time to spare, and we'll tell you if we think traffic makes your timing tight.
08Lost property
Tell us within 7 days. We keep items we find for 30 days and can arrange to get them back to you.
